Code of Conduct for Collecting Societies

CAL has been subscribing to a Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies (the Code) since it came into effect in 2002. To view the Code click here or if you would prefer CAL to mail you a copy, email pr@copyright.com.au

Under the Code, members and licensees are able to make submissions directly to the Code Reviewer, The Honourable Mr James Burchett QC, concerning CAL’s compliance with the Code.

Submissions should be addressed in writing and sent to the following address by no later than 31 July, 2009:
