Code of Conduct Triennial Review 2011

CAL and other copyright collecting societies adhere to the Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies (the Code). The Code covers a range of matters, including obligations to members and licensees, education and awareness, and management of complaints. It is reviewed every three years.

In 2011 the Code will be reviewed by the Code Reviewer, J C S Burchet, QC. As part of the review, a meeting open to the general public will be held on Monday 14 February from 10am in the Function Room & Terrace on Level 4 of 16 Mountain Street, Ultimo NSW. At this meeting, members, licensees and the general public can make oral submissions to the review.

You are also able to make written submissions to the review, to be received by the reviewer on or before Monday 28 February 2011.
