Funeral directors & crematoria

In conjunction with APRA/AMCOS, CAL offers a specialised licence for funeral directors and crematoria. The licence can be designed to cover your business as a single entity or cover multiple entities under the one licence.

The licence is available to you if you are using copyright material in the course of delivering funeral, bereavement, remembrance or related services to the public in your funeral home or crematoria.

The licence allows you to copy works represented by CAL, and allows you to use musical works and associated lyrics that are represented by APRA/AMCOS. 

The term of the licence continues annually until cancelled.
