7. Board evaluation
7.1 The Chair will initiate an external review and evaluation of the Board’s performance at least once in every two years, and the Board will ensure that provision is made for that review in CAL’s budget for the relevant year.
7.2 The findings of this review will be discussed at a Board meeting within the following six months.
