6. Director's protection
6.1 Access to information
6.1.1 The company will hold a complete set of Board papers which can be accessed by directors for a period of at least seven years.
6.1.2 The Board has the right for itself to take independent professional advice including legal advice at the cost of CAL, in respect of matters relating to CAL’s business.
6.2 Insurance
6.2.1 The company will maintain Directors and Officers insurance for each director.
